1. Introduction part is good.

2. You have gone out of context in body of the answer. The examiner has asked you about the problem of boundaries between India and China instead of disputes. You could have mentioned about boundary issues in western and eastern part along with Johnson and Mcmahon line and how each country acknowledges it. The disputes could be included as examples to make your answer better and fetch more marks.

3. Conclusion part seems out of context.

1. You have covered upper (old) himachal and lower (new) himachal's cultural disparities. However you have missed reason behind the same. Both areas have different geographical, Infrastructual, educational needs based upon the geographical location and historical factors which the political leaders have been exploiting to fulfil their political objectives. Since this is an important question from mains point of view so prepare it well.

2. The disparity in social and economic development has further led to sub-regional tendencies and further division and demand for autonomy by some ares e.g. Palampur, Dehra etc

Overall, you have shown a good improvement, answer is legible, well presented and underline tool is used effectively.
