Introduction part requires improvement. You could have simply started with definition of Culture and Personality from Sociological point of view. Moreover one definition is enough, don't write 2-3 definitions all together. After defining the topic, directly switch to theme asked in the question.
In role of culture in development of Individual's personality, you have tried to touch the theme of the question, however diversity is missing. Try to add facts/examples with each point to make it more attractive and appealing to the examiner. .
Conclusion part needs improvement. You are again defining the Personality in conclusion which is uncalled for. Conclude the topic properly in order to score good marks in this section too.
Try to use charts/diagrams in the answer to make it attractive, specifically in the body part. Moreover, increase your knowledge about the topic which is most important while attempting the answers and to bring diversity in the answer.
